Account Manager for Insurance Organization
Manage, execute, and develop sales campaigns with a focus on online and digital partners (E-commerce). Engage and coordinate with all relevant internal and external parties involved in the implementation and operations to ensure the timely launch of marketing campaigns and to drive these campaigns to meet agreed performance and financial targets.
Key Job Responsibilities
Expand and grow e-commerce partners to achieve new business and revenue targets.
Develop compelling proposals and solutions tailored to industry segments and e-commerce partner’s business objectives.
Support the partnership team by developing a marketing calendar for partners.
Direct the development and execution of marketing content/communications initiatives, including advertising, promotional activities, social site presence, and leveraging partners’ assets.
Work with key stakeholders to coordinate marketing initiatives, involving both internal and external parties.
Ensure smooth operations & administration for partners' campaigns, monitor campaign P&L regularly, and maintain all new sales campaign preparation and setup.
Communicate on market trends and competition.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, and financial services, with a strong exposure to online marketing and e-commerce platforms.
Proven track record in meeting sales targets and business KPIs.
Experience with B2B and B2C promotional and marketing campaigns, pricing strategies, and a strong understanding of the latest trends, analytics, technologies, and methodologies in creative design, emerging media, etc.
Strong skills in budget management, relationship management, project management, and problem-solving.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders at various levels of seniority, employing tact and diplomacy.
Curiosity and strategic mindset with creative and innovative thinking, analytical skills to forecast trends and identify challenges.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, including copywriting, editing, and the ability to summarize complex briefs.
Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure, identify issues, and collaborate with business leaders to resolve them.
CRM or direct marketing background is an advantage.
